How to buy a book?

Dear customers and book lovers,

once you have successfully registered and logged in at kupikniga.mk, with your personal user profile, you can make orders of desired books/products. Please follow the procedure consisting of a few simple steps as follows:

STEP 1

Firstly, find and choose the desired product. Then, on the page with the order details, click on the “Add to cart” which is located in the right area of the window, right below the product price.

STEP 2

After the product is successfully added to the cart you get a success message. You can view your cart by clicking on the „View cart“ button in the message,

or by clicking the „View cart“ button under the cart icon on the bottom right of the main menu, you proceed to the following step when buying.

STEP 3

In the Cart page you have all of you shopping products in a list.On this page you can see that you can delete a product from cart as an option (the sign “x” in the left corner) and you can change the quantity (after the change in the quantity you should click on “Update cart”).

You can now continue shopping or proceed with the payment by clicking on “Proceed to Checkout” button.

STEP 4

When you continue your payment, information for delivery and invoicing should be filled in.

Then, you choose the delivery type, i.e. if you want your products to be delivered as “Recommended delivery” or free pick up from the kupikniga.mk premises (Boulevard Partizanski odredi 102/2-1, Skopje).

On the page below, you should determine the payment method, by choosing one of both options, by payment card or payment form. Then you select the field “I agree with the general usage terms” and click on the button “Reserve/Pay”.

If you choose credit or debit card payment method, you need to enter all the required information on the specific fields:

• Card number
• The cardholder’s name
• Card type
• The cards expiry date
• CVV2/CVC2 (verification value/ card code)

Under the fields a picture with a payment card is given, where you can find the required date from the card.

If you choose payment by transfer order, you will be shown an image of payment slip with all required data for payment.

NOTICE! This type of payment is available only for citizens in Macedonia!

The payment form that should be paid in a bank or post:

Your order will be reserved in the next 3 working days. In this period you will have to perform payment with a general payment form.

Notice: The payment will be visible on our account the following working day from the day of the payment. When we register your payment on our account, you will receive electronic invoice on your e- mail and your products will be delivered on your address.
